Outfit from September and October 2021.
Seasonal event decorations are nothing new for online games.
With the shift to a more The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild open world environment though, there are options we never had before in Phantasy Star Online games. In this case, trees throughout the Aelio region in New Genesis shifted into autumnal color palettes for the moon viewing festivities.
It is a nice effect, as it makes going to the same places have a different atmosphere.
As for my festival appearance, well, I wanted to use some fancier formal wear than I am used to using. But I also covered it up a bit with a long coat.
Maybe she got held up at work and had to change on the way. Maybe she was not sure if she was going to go to the festival or not.
The leaves turn color as it gets colder. I wanted my character to look like she could enjoy the fall festival without freezing.
Sometimes the weather rolls in though, and I end up with other kinds of screenshots by surprise.
I would have preferred a metal flask to a hip gourd.
Or rather, between the tan of the gourd, handbag, and the shade of the Bicolor Trenchcoat itself, something higher contrast there would have been nice. I have more than one color of handbag, after all.
But, so long as I could project there was something nice to drink or eat. We have multiple moons on Halpha to watch.
